There are bad drivers out there. And then there’s this guy.
He was observed driving east in the west-bound lane, with the driver’s side of his windshield covered by a sheet of plywood 12 inches high by 24 inches wide, which was tucked under the windshield wipers. The plywood was there, he said, because neighborhood kids had tried to steal his windshield. And since he was only driving two miles, he had left it on.
How do we know all this?
He appealed the revocation of his driver’s license.
